The quest routes establish the collection step; formation and equipment remain separate. Pick an effect you can actually use

The Bar Blade is reported to support Health regeneration near a summon. Heart Monitor is reported as a one-use protection against a lethal hit that then breaks. Those are different roles: one supports repeated recovery under a condition, while the other is emergency protection. Read the item's current description before choosing a slot. Reported effects

Avoid ranking an Artifact by a name alone. A bonus conditioned on low Health or a summon only helps when that condition occurs. Exact disputed damage and Falter values are omitted here.
